We are so confident that you will be happy with your MSF Brands Ltd order that we provide a full 7-day money back guarantee on all orders, subject to the entire order being returned in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt. Please email us within 48 hours to discuss and return shipping must be paid by the stockist.

MSF Brands Ltd will replace or refund faulty stock. Please advise MSF Brands of faulty stock within 7 days of receiving your order. Faulty stock must be returned to MSF Brands in order to receive replacement or refund.

Refunds and replacements will not be provided for stock that has been damaged by the delivery service, Retailer or customer.
